New Clients
All interested new clients should schedule the New Client option. This appointment automatically adds 30 -minutes, so I have time to evaluate your current stress factors and develop a tailored treatment plan, including aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, and Reiki.
We only accept new clients who can provide proof of complete vaccination and updated booster shot(s). Please bring your CDC vaccination card to your first treatment appointment.

COVID-19 Vaccinations and Masking
We only accept new clients who can provide proof of complete vaccination and updated booster shot(s). Please bring your CDC vaccination card to your first treatment appointment. Masking (ASTM Level 3, KN-95 or better) is required when entering and exiting the facility. You may remove your mask during treatment. I will remain masked for the entire duration of your appointment.
Unexpected Illnesses
If you have any cold, flu, flu-like symptoms, or other communicable illnesses, or if you have been in contact with anyone with these symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days after your scheduled appointment date or after symptoms have cleared, whichever is longer. No Cancellation Fee will be applied.
Cancellations/Reschedulding
We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give advance notice, your fee will reflect the full scheduled session. JD Wellness Concepts, LLC reserves the right to refuse future bookings as a result of multiple cancellations or reschedules.
No Shows
Should you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a no-show and your fee will reflect the full scheduled session. JD Wellness Concepts, LLC reserves the right to refuse future bookings as a result of multiple no-show appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. How late you arrive will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, your fee for services will reflect the full session.
